- Upon completion and payment in full for a core site, we will provide you with one year's hosting for that website at no charge, under our hosting service.
- After the year, you are free to move your site to a different host, or continue to host with us at the rate we're charging at the time you begin paying for hosting.
- Our hosting currently costs $14 per month, billed semi-annually. Hosting costs may increase in the future.
- You are free to refuse the offer of free hosting, but doing so does not qualify you for a cash equivalent, or an equivalent amount of other product, services, or credit towards either.

- We promise not to pass your info on to any third party, in any form. And we hate spam as much as you do; we will only contact you for those purposes you've given us permission for. You may opt out at any time.
- The prize is a $250 (two hundred and fifty US dollars) credit toward a core website with nonprofitwebsitebuilder.com. No cash or credit value apart from this, either toward another product we offer, or toward a project with another provider.
- Each organization can have only two contest entries per month: one for requesting a price list, one for giving us feedback. Entries by multiple individuals representing the same organization will not be honored.
- Entries must be submitted by humans, not bots.
- Your chances for winning depend on the number of entries in the same month.
- Winners have up to three months from the day they're notified to begin their website project.
